FOR USA CUSTOMERS: I’ve got you. 

The U.S. recently changed its de minimis rule, the law that used to let any order under $800 USD enter duty-free. This update means shipments may now face duties or extra processing, even when coming from Canada.

I’ve taken every step possible to ensure my products fall under CUSMA (Canada–U.S.–Mexico Agreement), which should keep them duty-free. Still, with these new rule changes, there’s always a chance of delays or unexpected fees at the border.

Please know I’ve done all I can on my end to make shipping smooth and affordable. If issues do come up, I’ll be here to help the best to my ability. Thank you for your patience as I keep a close eye on these evolving regulations.

⚠️ U.S. trade policies can shift quickly and without much notice. If any changes arise that affect shipping costs, duties, or access to U.S. orders (which can and may happen overnight), I’ll reach out directly and update my policies promptly. I promise to communicate clearly and transparently if that happens.

UK & EU VAT & Import Fees (Important for UK & EU Customers)

Orders shipped to the UK & EU may be subject to VAT (20%) and a handling fee upon delivery. These charges are set by UK & EU Customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

My shop is based in Canada and does not collect UK VAT at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may incur these import fees when it arrives in the UK.

If you prefer to prepay VAT and avoid import fees, you’re welcome to purchase through my Etsy shop, where VAT is collected and remitted at checkout.
